We were one of Stacie’s first customers and have been loyal Sweet Bee Honey lovers ever since! One of our favorite things to do with the Buckwheat honey is to make a simple syrup and add it to Pendleton whiskey. IT’S WICKED! The other (which Stacie shared with us) is to again, with the buckwheat, enjoy it with Brie and, of course - local Rocks District red wine varieties! TREMENDOUS! Orange Blossom is AMAZING in my tea and the Blackberry tastes SUPER YUMMY in my coffee. Ryan and Stacie’s daughters are ADORABLE and are great hosts, as well as their mom and dad! In fact, one weekday we were having friends over and I realized we were out of Buckwheat, so I got in touch with Stacie and even though they were closed she graciously opened up to sell me three jars! How awesome is that?!
