A local meadery clued me into this wonderful and adorable farm and I am so glad they did! It is a bit out of the way, but such a beautiful and bucolic drive that we didn't mind at all. We were promptly greeted by the owner as she warmly welcomed us into her shop, which smelled divine. She was full of really cool information and guided us through a delicious sampler of their honey. I loved that she was willing to dive into the source plant of each of the varieties, and you could tell that she loved to discuss it in full detail. During our tasting she had to finish canning some creamed honey she had been working on when we arrived and I was SO so impressed by her cleanliness and dedication to food safety. I simply HAD to buy some of the honey, and she was so kind about working with me to get enough for my needs (I wanted to buy at least a gallon). I will definitely be coming back for more from this farm. I loved every second of our visit!
