What a fun find! We happened upon this family business while driving back from Tolgate to our campsite. The hours are only Friday and Saturday 11-4 unless they have important bee stuff going on. :) so we were lucky! We had Stacie all to ourselves and she is so nice, down to earth, and very willing to educate us on some fascinating bee info! The honey samples are really delicious and I have never got to taste so many and side by side to interpret the differences. I really enjoyed it and found my favorite was the "star thistle" and my husband loved the creamed honey. Ask about the process of that type! It's a task! Enjoy our visit!
